Ladyjacks Win SLC Outdoor Title

For the second time in school history, the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks have won the Southland Conference Outdoor Track and Field title. The Ladyjacks, who also won the 2009 SLC Indoor title, dominated the competition outscoring Texas State, 173.50 - 135.50, Sunday at Fletcher Garner Track. It also marks the first time in school history that SFA has won the track and field title in Nacogdoches. The Lumberjacks finished fifth overall with 98.50 points. MORE[+]

Carmon Joins SFA Track and Field Staff

Lace� Carmon has joined the Stephen F. Austin track and field coaching staff and will work with the horizontal jumps squad head coach Phil Olson announced Wednesday afternoon. Carmon will also help assist with the Lumberjack and Ladyjack hurdlers.MORE[+]

SFA Schedules Track & Field Tryouts

The Stephen F. Austin men's and women's track and field team will be holding tryouts Wednesday, Sept. 2 through Thursday, Sept. 3. The tryouts are scheduled to begin at 5 p.m., both days, at Fletcher Garner Track, located inside Homer Bryce Stadium.MORE[+]
