    The Lumberjacks and Ladyjacks will compete at the NCAA South Central Regional meet on Saturday in Waco.

    SFA Gears Up For Cross Country Championships

    Women's race begins at 9:00 a.m., followed by the men's race at 9:45 a.m.

    2010: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ... finished 43rd overall at Southland Conference Cross Country Championships, clocking a 27:20 time on the 8,000-meter course.

    2009: Redshirted the cross country season.

    High School: Just missed the Class 2A distance triple-crown as a senior ... Finished second at the state cross country championships last fall ... Won the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters at the 2009 state track and field championships ... posted a personal best time of 4:21.69 in the 1,600 at the state meet ... Won the Class 2A Region II cross country championship as a senior ... In junior campaign, medaled in both the 3,200 and the 1,600 at the Region II championships.
