    2006: Started the last three games of his 15 appearances, working 32.1 innings... struck out 23 while walking 13 and giving up 25 hits... posted an 0-4 record and a 5.57 ERA while recording two saves... his first save came on opening day, holding the 6-5 score for the Lumberjack victory in SFA's return to baseball after an 11 year absence (2/3)... pitched nine innings against Nicholls State giving up two runs on two hits and two walks while striking out eight; took the no decision as SFA took the 3-2 win in extra innings (3/18).

    High School: Was a three-year letterwinner at Longview High School where he compiled a 24-4 (.857) overall record... named east Texas newcomer of the year after going 7-2 (.778) and setting a school record with his 1.73 ERA... was 7-1 (.875) on the mound as a junior and 9-2 (.818) with a 2.30 ERA as a senior... was a two-time second-team all-district selection and a first-team all-district selection his senior year... also named first team all-state his senior year... guided Longview to the 2004 district title.
