    Lumberjacks Head to Dallas

    The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack baseball team will take a break from Southland Conference action tonight as they travel to Dallas, Texas, to face Dallas Baptist University. The 'Jacks enter the contest against the Patriots with a 6-26 (.186) overall record. Dallas Baptist (21-10) comes into the match-up riding a four-game win streak. Tuesday's game will mark the third meeting between the two schools this season. The Patriots recorded a 7-4 victory in February and a 15-5 decision over SFA last month. The game against the Patriots is slated to begin at 6 p.m., from Patriot Field.

    The Lumberjacks will return to Southland Conference action over the weekend when they travel to Lake Charles, La., to open a three-game series against McNeese State. Friday's game against the Cowboys is slated to begin at 6 p.m. from Cowboy Diamond.
