Walt Schroeder fired a final round 69 Tuesday in the Moe O'Brien Intercollegiate to help the Lumberjacks to a final round 297 and a tie for fifth place in the event. SFA moved ahead of Louisiana Tech as they were able to move up two places following the opening round Monday.

Jason Alexander shot a final round 73 and also finished with Schroeder in a tie for ninth place with a two-day total of 147.

Oklahoma City University claimed the team title in the event with rounds of 287-293, followed by host school, McNeese State with rounds of 289-298. McNeese State's Adrien Mork won the individual honors with rounds of 69-69, for a four under par total, 138.
