LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Sophomore Richard Wilkenfeld shot an opening-round one-over par 73 to lead the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack golf team Monday afternoon in the first round of the UALR-First Tee Collegiate. The 'Jacks are currently 10th overall with a 26-over 314.

Freshman Michael Smith enters Tuesday's second round six strokes back of Wilkenfeld. Smith is currently tied for 38th with a seven-over par 79. Classmate Kyle Robbins is only one-stroke off Smith's pace with an eight-over 80. He is currently tied for 47th overall.

Sophomore Matthew Oates recorded a first-round score of 82 to finish the day tied for 61st. Freshman Jacob Taylor finished the day tied for 75th with an 87.

The Lumberjacks return to action Tuesday morning for the second round of action at the UALR/First Tee Collegiate.
