J.P. Landry, a sophomore from Warren, was named the Southland Conference Golfer of the Week this week after posting the best finish of his collegiate career. Landry shot rounds of 72-72 at Waterwood National this week, good for a third place showing in the Bearkat Classic.

The 'Jacks finished eighth in the field of seventeen with Landry leading the way.

SFA travels to Little Rock, Arkansas this weekend to take part in the Chenal Cup held at Chenal CC, in Little Rock.
