    'Jacks Shoot 308-306 On First Day Of Squire Creek Intercollegiate

    Brian Grossman shot rounds of 74-73 Monday on day one of the Squire Creek Intercollegiate at Squire Creek Golf Course in Choudrant, La., and enters the final 18-holes of play in a tie for ninth. As a team, the 'Jacks shot rounds of 308-306 and enter the final day of play in 13th place.

    The tournament, hosted by Louisiana Tech, is being led by Arkansas-Little Rock with rounds of 304-289. UL-Monroe is in second and UT-Arlington in third heading into the final round of play.

    J.P. Landry was the only other Lumberjack to break 80 in both rounds with scores of 76-77, good for a nine over par total, 153 heading into play Tuesday. Landry is tied for 33rd.

    T66 Justin Foust 78-82

    The tournament concludes Tuesday with 18-holes in the morning.
