Golden Eagles FOR STARTERS: The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks look to carry some momentum following a win over the Islanders on Monday with a pair of tough road contests at Central Arkansas on Thursday (5:30 p.m.) and Oral Roberts on Saturday (5 p.m.). LAST TIME OUT: Tierany Henderson and Porsha Roberts each scored a game-high 17 points and Antionette Carter added 12 points as well to help the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks earn their first Southland Conference victory of the season, defeating Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 66-47 Monday evening at the American Bank Center. SFA shot a season-best 49 percent from the field, connecting on 24-of-49 attempts, which included 5-of-14 (36%) from three-point territory. HISTORY VS. ORU: The Ladyjacks and Golden Eagles have played just twice and split both games. This will mark the first meeting between the two schools with ORU as a member of the Southland Conference. PORSHA ON THE PROWL: Sophomore center Porsha Roberts has stayed away from the sophomore slump and is 9th in the conference in scoring (12.6 ppg), fifth in rebounding (7.6), fourth in FG% (.538), and second in blocks (1.4 bpg). A 1-2-3 PUNCH: SFA had three players score in double-figures Monday; Roberts (17), Henderson (17), Carter (12) and are now 4-2 this season when at least three players reach double-figures. 60 IS THE MAGIC NUMBER: The Ladyjacks ran their mark to 4-0 this season when holding their opponents below 60 points on the season in their 66-47 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. BENCH PRODUCTION: SFA's bench has outscored its oppnents in 11 of 14 games this season and by an average of 22.1-13.8.
