Johnson Coliseum before hitting the road for the final conference road game of the season at Southwest Texas (Mar. 1). SFA closes out the 2002-03 regular season with back-to-back home contests against Louisiana-Monroe (Mar. 5th) and Northwestern State (Mar. 7th).
"We made the commitment when we came here to do what it takes to get this program back to where we want it to be," said Riley. "We are an awfully young team so I don't know if we are ready to play this kind of schedule. But if we want to build a program we have to play great teams. We are excited about the season and have high expectations. With the number of freshman coming in and only three returnees from last season we're biting off a lot but that is exciting to the players. The thing that really excites me is that we will be bringing these teams back into William R. Johnson Coliseum."
