    NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack basketball program will officially kick off preparations for the 2005-06 season Friday Oct. 14th with the team's first practice. The Ladyjacks will take to the court at 7 p.m., in the William R. Johnson Coliseum.

    The Ladyjacks return one of the largest senior classes in the Southland Conference, which includes seven letterwinners and three starters from last year's squad. Among the Ladyjacks' returnees is three-time All-Southland Conference selection LaToya Mills and 2005 honorable mention All-SLC pick Britany Vinson.

    The Ladyjacks open the 2005-06 season Friday Nov. 11 with an exhibition game against Texas A&M-Commerce in the William R. Johnson Coliseum. SFA will travel to Denton, Texas a week later for the regular-season opener at North Texas.
