    Ladyjacks Travel to Southern Mississippi

    The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack basketball team will look to rebound from its season-opening loss at Tulane Friday night when they face Southern Mississippi Sunday afternoon. The game against the Golden Eagles is slated to begin at 4 p.m. from Reed Green Coliseum.

    The Ladyjacks are a perfect 2-0 all-time against Southern Miss. SFA recorded a nine-point decision, 81-72, during the 1990-91 season. The Ladyjacks also recorded a thrilling 72-71 victory during the 1992-93 season.

    The Ladyjacks will open the home portion of their schedule Friday, Nov. 17 when they host Louisiana Tech. The game against the Lady Techsters is slated to begin at 7 p.m., from the William R. Johnson Coliseum.
