SFA's 12th seed in the Hunt Seat side of the competition matched them up with the top-seeded Auburn Tigers, but unfortunately for the Ladyjacks it was a similair result to the regular-season finale gainst the Tigers as Auburn pulled out an 8-0 win on their way to evntually claiming the national title in the discipline.
Randi Spencer put up the top scores for the Ladyjacks in both Equtation on the Flat and Equitation over Fences; however, neither was enough for a point.
