Ladyjacks Suffer Heartbreaking Loss

For the second time in as many seasons, the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team saw its season end in a shootout with No. 2 Southeastern Louisiana in the Southland Conference Tournament. A year after seeing their Southland Conference Tournament trip end with a shoot-out loss in the first round, the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks left little room for doubt in the 2009 tournament opener. The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team heads to Natchitoches, La., this weekend for the Southland Conference Tournament. SFA enters the event as the No. 3 seed after posting a 9-8-1 season record with a 6-2-1 Southland Conference mark.
