    NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team will open the exhibition portion of its schedule this weekend in the Dallas area. SFA will play at Southern Methodist on Friday and at Texas Christian in Fort Worth Saturday.

    Friday's contest with the Mustangs will have more of a scrimmage feel to it, while Saturday's game will be played like a live competition. The SMU game is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start. The Ladyjacks' game against TCU will start at 7 p.m.

    SFA opens the season in earnest on Sunday, Aug. 27, when the Ladyjacks host Grambling State. The game is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
