2007 (Sophomore): Was SFA's top pitcher, recording a team-best 2.88 ERA and tying for the team lead with nine wins ... started 23 games and made 31 appearances with 15 complete-game efforts ... led the team with 158.0 innings pitched ... recorded a team-best five shutouts ... 44 strikeouts ranked second on the team, and her .268 opponent batting average was the lowest on the squad ... best stretch of season came with the start of Southland Conference play when she won three in a row and recorded six wins in an eight-game stretch, including five complete-game shutouts.

2006 (Freshman): Was third on the team with 76.1 innings pitched ... started 16 games in the circle with 22 total appearances ... posted a 2-6 record with a 4.95 ERA ... recorded 44 srikeouts, which ranked second on the squad ... tossed one complete game -- a 5-2, three-hit win against Northwestern State on Feb. 12 -- and lasted five-plus innings in seven other starts ... held the opposition to five hits or fewer in 12 of her 22 appearances.

High School: A four-year starter at Washington High School in Greenville, Miss. .... had a 29-8 record her senior season in 272 innings pitched ... Also had a school record 439 strikeouts in a season ... helped her team to the North 3A Championship in 2002 ... was a North 3A State Tournament team selection in 2002 and 2003 ... was an all-conference selection in 2002 and 2003 and voted MVP in 2002, 2003 and 2004 ... strong acadeimcally as well, she had the highest GPA on the softball team for four years and was the valedictorian of her senior class.
