The Ladyjacks used strong pitching and some timely hits to take both ends of a doubleheader from the UNiversity of Louisiana at Monroe Sunday afternoon 2-1 and 5-2.

SFA gave up home runs to Lori Tande in the first inning of both games, but did not allow another UL-M run in either game in getting the sweep.

Angela Froboese was 3 for 3 in the first game of the doubleheader and went 2 for 3 in game two in leading SFA to the wins.
