UT-San Antonio got a two run home run in the sixth inning off Morgan Tolleson to beat SFA 4-2 in the opener of a Southland Conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon.

Jen Aman hit a two run homer off Tolleson, who had come into the game in relief of Kristin Nolan in the fifth inning.

Angela Froboese led off the seventh inning with a solo home run to right field to cut the margin to 4-2. The Ladyjacks then got a double from Kym Kling, but could not push across another run.

In game two, Kym Kling scattered four hits in shutting out UT-San Antonio for her first collegiate win. UTSA's Jennifer Graham held SFA in check until Ashley Moffett started off the seventh inning with a hit up the middle. With two outs, Erica Henrion singled her home for the game's only run.

The teams conlcude the three game series Sunday with a single game at 1:00 p.m.
