    SFA Softball to Wrap up Season at UNT

    NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack softball team will wrap up the 2007 season Wednesday when it travels to Denton, Texas for a non-conference doubleheader against North Texas. The first game is set for a 3 p.m. start with the second scheduled to begin at 5.

    The Ladyjacks enter Wednesday's games with a 19-35 overall record. SFA wrapped up Southland Conference play last week by losing three straight games at Northwestern State. The sweep ended the Ladyjacks' SLC slate with a 12-18 record, good for eighth place in the conference standings.

    North Texas was swept at home by Louisiana-Lafayette in its last series. The Mean Green bring a 19-34 season mark to Wednesday's games. UNT is eighth in the Sun Belt Conference standings with a 10-14 league record.
