    NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack tennis team (3-9/0-5) will be in San Marcos, Texas Saturday for a Southland Conference showdown with Southwest Texas. The match against the Bobcats is slated to begin at 10 a.m. The Ladyjacks will be back in action the following day when they travel to San Antonio, Texas to take on the Roadrunners. The match against Texas- San Antonio will also begin at 10 a.m. The injury-plagued Ladyjacks will be looking to put an end to a five-match losing streak and pick up their first conference win of the season.

    Freshman Leadership: Freshman Megan Langston leads the Ladyjacks with an 8-4 (.727) singles record during the spring season. She also leads the team with 13 wins during the 2002-03 season. Langston just recently had a six match win streak snapped but she is currently a perfect 5-0 at No. 6 singles.

    Up Next ... The Ladyjacks return home for their final two home matches of the season when they face Nicholls State on Saturday April 12th. The match against the Lady Colonels is slated to get underway at 10 a.m. SFA will close out the 2003 home schedule the following day against Southeastern Louisiana. The match against the Lady Lions is also set to begin at 10 a.m.
